Communications

The Communications Office of the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District is responsible for sharing clear, timely, and accurate information with our families, staff, and the broader community. Through storytelling and public information, we highlight the experiences, achievements, and everyday work happening across our schools.

As a district of many voices and programs, PRJUSD relies on a centralized communications function to ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility. Working closely with district leadership, school administrators, staff, families, local media, and community partners, the Communications Office manages districtwide messaging, media relations, social media, newsletters, special publications, and provides oversight of website content, helping families stay informed and connected to what’s happening in our schools. The Communications Office also supports school sites and departments by amplifying their work and aligning messaging with district priorities.

  • Have a great story to share from Paso Schools? We want to hear it.

The Communications Office welcomes story ideas from staff, students, families, and community members. If you know of a student achievement, classroom project, program milestone, community partnership, or moment worth celebrating, please share it with us.

Submitted stories help us highlight the good work happening across our schools and ensure PRJUSD’s story reflects the experiences of the people who know it best.

While not every submission can be featured, all ideas are reviewed and considered for use on the district website, social media, newsletters, or other communications.
